Best Wishes Tony and Shelly Shelton

Doug Rucker

Roundtable Host 2009
Just wanted to wish Tony, Shelly, and Fayth Chris and Jillian a great day as Shelly is running for Nevada Assembly District 10. Recently was able to visit with the Sheltons in Las Vegas during an event and I can tell you first hand that this is a complete Family undertaking. They have all worked hard.

Let's all wish them best today.

Just make sure to vote straight democrat to ensure Shelly wins!!

;)

Good luck guys. Pulling for you.

Good luck!

We need good people in office.......and why there's hardly any in there now........When we visited Tony & Shelly last month, I saw the passion in both of them on a need for real change in their areas political situation.........I wish nothing but the best for Shelly and hope she gets in there and shakes things up & turns things around.....I would expect nothing less from a Shelton.....LOL!!!

Good Luck Shelly!!!!!!!

Well the polls are closed. We won't know anything for another hour or so. The closest a Republican has come to winning this seat since 1972 was in 2010 when the Republican lost by only 2000 votes. After that they redistricted and made the Democrat advantage even worse. If she wins it will be a miracle, if she loses by less than 2000 it will be historic too. Either way it isn't over. There is a really good chance she will be seated anyway since she got her opponent disqualified. It will just mean a court battle. I might write a book on everything we have experienced after this.

This is our neighbor Chris Hisgen, who took this from "Let's run to make the Dems spend more money" to "She will probably be seated whether she wins or not". Amazing man.

We did it. Meet Nevada's newest Legislator. By 68 votes.

A Republican elected from a district right smack in the center of one of the largest cities in the country.

And the first time in the history of the state where the Governor, Senate and Assembly are all Republican controlled.

68 votes thanks to two of our neighbors and our family who worked outside the polling places from 7am to 7pm yesterday to get those 68 votes.
