Trailers and cold weather

How do you guys in colder regions keep your trailers from freezing up. I am not talking about winterizing my trailer. I have a few monthly accounts that I service and I do not want to winterize after each job. I'm thinking about renting a storage unit but I'm worried for those nights when it dips into the teens. I've talked to the owner and I don't think they are gonna let me use propane heaters in the unit (understandably). The unit does not have power. I appreciate any suggestions you guys come up with.

We had storage in 2006, and it had a light only in the ceiling. We took the bulb out and added one of those outlet screw ins. Then ran a cord down to the trailer with 3 heat bulbs over the equipment. Put blankets over everything and it worked ok. Best is to antifreeze. Cheapest is widow washer fluid from tractor supply by the case. $6 or $8 for 6 gallons if I remember right. You can also run your equipment while you drive to and from jobs but still could run into issues. Remember wend chill while you drive is gonna and to the decrees in temps.
