2 stepping without HF

A bit of background on this question. I am not a mobile fleet washing business. I bought a self serve car wash business and am converting the defunct RV bay into a full service truck stall.

The size of the stall is an issue. It leaves about 4 feet on each side of the truck. The bay creates a natural wind tunnel. Both of the issues make two stepping with HF extremely dangerous.

I am using a downstream Cold water system. So would it be possible to effectively 2 step wash without using HF?

Any opinions would be highly appreciated...plus it would be answering a question that has burned a hole in the middle of my brain .

Sure but its gonna cost you citric acid is what you can use.If you dilute this number 1 down far enough your not gonna die trust me.However to set yourself apart you can use the citric acid. Please when you are looking around an you see somebody say safe acid make sure the base powder is not bifloric powder because when water is mixed with this it turn into the demon you spoke of.Phosphoric an sulfuric blend will clean it just want clean as well as the hf.Good luck

I appreciate your help. I am going to try the sulfuric and phosphoric while I wait on a citric product.

Anyone want to recommend a chem company?
