Plumbing my box truck.

Okay. I am transferring equipment from my open trailer over to the box truck. I had a cold water unit on the trailer and I am adding a hot box to the truck. On the trailer I had 2" plumbing running from tanks and then cut it down to 1" that dual fed the pump. Now that I am going into the truck with the hot box I am not sure what the best route to go is. I figure I will still come off the tank with 2" and run that towards the hot box. I am thinking that the hot box is only 1/2" inlet. So I guess I will need to choke the 2" down to 1/2" to the hot box. From the hot box to the pump I want to dual feed like I did on the trailer. So should I stick with the 1/2"?

Also with the line from the tank to hot box the inlet sits up a couple of feet on the hot box. Will there be enough gravity pressure to push the water up and into the hot box? I have a 1500 gallon tank but not sure how low I can run the tank before it wont push it up to the hot box. Of course I guess the pump will provide suction helping that out. Any thought? This is my first hot box so just want to get it right. I will also have a filter plumbed in at the inlet of the hot box.
