Advertising strategy to meet goals

What does that mean???

Means I shouldn't have said that really. I know nothing about you or your business and my guess is you know exactly what your doing.

But when I saw the 332 number on a month my first thought was purge the dead weight and get it to a more manageable number. But for all I know you probobly handle it just fine.

We also did 130,000 in commercial business that month. So I do agree that if you do one thing well you will make money that is why we only do power washing. We are almost 50-50 for the year. Not this month.
 
I do need to expand into more concrete. We use to do a lot but found more money in residential and buildings. Maybe concrete would help us get more? I want it all.

May is usually a great month for fishing in Pa,..when do you make time to go fishing? Ha,Ha,..

Advertising is one area where I've NEVER excelled,..I have been in business for almost 20 years now and have a very nice clientele built up,..but because of lack of advertising effort, I'm sure it took WAY longer than it should have. I told myself I want to get some more advertising out this season,..because you gotta keep the cycle going. I don't currently get enough new work,..in fact the new work I get is usually from referrals from my "main" clientele. I do have a website but that's IT.

* We stay busy through the season, so not sure how much busier I want to get,Ha,Ha,..

We are going 100% email marketing and internet. Also focusing on our customer base of 2700 past customers. Spending way too much trying to chase new stuff. We are now about 70% commercial. I have a email database of 5000+ commercial clients that I can email too. Send 1250 emails a week and something always needs cleaning. Keeps us busy enough.
 
I did only get around 50-60 rounds of golf last year. Only went fishing once. May do less golfing this year as I am partnering up with another business.
