Thanks Jerry bailed me out again

I was out doing a demo and my burner stuck on remembered a thread a while ago but was out in field text Jerry and a few min later he called walked me thu it and had me up and going with in 10 min. His systems are so simple to work on and the phone help even almost 8 years after the machine was bought from him. Try that from a big box store or ebay.

Serviceability is Planned Success vs. predicted failure

Thanks guys ! .. troubleshooting is a Planned-Ahead thing..
with the fuel pressure gauge, easy-access testPoints, indicator lights,
..and that swivel coupling above the flowSwitch.. you were able to remove it, clean it, and reinstall it in just a couple minutes.
That is a planned success, in front of "predicted failure"..
We know that "some day" things will fail.. and we know How they fail,
..because we've run a busy service department for all makes of pressure washers for almost 30 years. So..
When we build a machine, we build it to be serviceable, for the "Rapid elimination of Downtime".
This is RaceCar technology.. NOT a "bean-counters' vision".
..it costs us more to build a heater the way we do, and it's less profitable for us to compete with "cheap",
But NObody's coils last longer, and NObody has the "over-the-phone" repair success rate we do.
We make PressureWashers and Reclaim systems last, we make them reliable,
and we do it because WE CARE.

What makes it easy for me to love my job..
..the testimonials, and the realization that I'm "addicted to the machines",
..ever since the first time I leaned over the fender of a HotRod.
And when I did, we were there to "make it better than it was before".

As always.. We aim to be your favorite supplier, because it's as exciting as an off-road race..
we know the road is bumpy, and metal will be tested.. But..
With us on your team.. downtime won't be as expensive, you will finish your work on time easier,
You will do more compelling demos, .. and you will be more profitable.

It is just incredible how much great knowledge there is here on this site between older posts and the guys helping with the new issues.
