With a lift and 2 guys, I would not go more than $2500. I would try to net a quick $1800+. Have a guy surface cleaning while you and an assistant work the lift to get up close with that building. Soap alone is likely not going to do it (I would be surprised). If it would, I would look into a super-soaker tip that would distribute bleach to top of parapet wall and use ladder to get above loading dock and skip the lift altogether.

You will likely need two days so not sure how the logistics would work on that with a lift.

This job was done back in like June. Used a roof pump and a scissor lift. Took 18 hours and 110 gallons of SH
