Concrete work

If you had 450,000 sq ft of this type of work (pictures below), what would you use for chemical and what type of equipment would you attack the job with?

Keeping in mind that what you are seeing is salt residue and of course gum on a concrete sidewalk area. I do have PW experience but never a job this large. If I proceed I would definitely upgrade my equipment.

The client would expect the waste water and debris removed but would provide a nearby receptacle for the dumping of said water and debris. Client also expects a hot PW to be used and has a fresh water supply at the site also.

Its a huge area and I would be curious exactly what hot PW you all would recommend here and what surface cleaner. I have been looking at several of the Landa units...particularly the PGHW. I have also been looking at the Mosmatic surface cleaners with recovery. Recovery would likely be done with a drum vac unit of sorts....recommendations? Also what chemicals would you use here if any?

Thanks

Since you have been looking at Landa. I just started my retirement and purchased the Landa Ecos 7000. It is compact and effective. I am using the mosmaic 21 with vacuum port and gum port. The machne is very effective It picks up 90-95% o the water. Good luck on your decision

Is this Spam

No, sir this is not spam. I spent 3 years choosing the equipment that I would retire with, and this was my choice. I was just responding to the young man asking a question about equipment. He mentioned looking at the Landa and I replied.
