Wand and brush holder ideas needed

I have a 6' x 14' pipe top trailer that has a Hotsy vertical burner and a 325 gallon tank that goes almost side to side on the trailer. The tank is over the axles and the hotsy is a couple feet in front of the tank with some small drums in that opening. The back of the trailer is filled with a cold water belt drive machine, fuel tank and specialty hose in a rubbermaid storage tote that is used almost daily so they cannot be removed. In front of the Hotsy are buckets and pump up sprayers that are used daily so on the floor of the trailer is not good for the wands and brushes.

Since the water tank only leaves about 4" on each side from hitting the trailer sides I was keeping the wands and brushes there but with many different length wands and brushes sometimes it takes some digging to get the right tool out and I have bent some tools before and want to get better organized.

I don't have a ladder rack on the trailer and not sure I want one as I hardly ever use ladders.

I have seen some guys using 4" pvc tubes to hold the wands on the ladder racks and that is a good idea but I don't think I will have a welder build a ladder rack just for wands and brushes to go on top, trying to get some other ideas.

The wands are 4' up to 10' about 6 of them long and the brushes are 6' long on average (they extend) about 4 of them for different types of jobs so it would be hard to make them fit going across the trailer and there is no room under the trailer for the tubes if I go that way.

With the vertical burner running there is a lot of heat up above the burner (another reason to not put wands or brushes up near there) so that would limit using the air space by the burner.

I have water lines and filters on the floor from the tank to the machines so when the filters clog it is a pain to dig out stuff to clean out the filters, I need to relocate them so they are easier to clean.

I cannot take the brush heads off as I have screws through them into the poles so they don't turn when using them, it is very aggravating brushing surfaces when the brushes turn on you.

Any ideas on how to store the wands and brushes?

Thanks for any help and pics.

Open trailer.

Cannot post pics, I have the patented Bioclean system and they are very specific about no pictures of the system. It is all over the trailer thus no pics.

I was thinking of maybe stacking a few of the 4" pvc pipes and having a welder make a holder for them that would attach to the trailer but it would have to be up high so that I can get to stuff on the trailer as needed, on top of the top rail pipe would block getting stuff out of the trailer. I keep stuff on both sides of the trailer in milk crates beside the Hotsy.

Thanks.

Most of my stuff goes into a tool box for open trailer.

would be interested to know what is so top secret about the BIOCLEAN system and what do they have that the rest of us are probably using in one form or another.
Why not select a PVC pipe that will fit the wands as individuals. One wand per pipe and stack them in some way. I can just see with a 4inch pipe 4-5-or 6 wands all getting stuffed in a pipe that size and you back to pulling them all out until you find the one you want. Why so many wands??? go through them and leave out what you don't use either EVER or on a regular basis. I have a 3inch wand for working off scaffolding. An 18 inch wand for most single story work. A 4 foot wand and a 3 foot wand that will work as individuals or together give me a reach that will do most gable ends at 2 1/2 storeys and off a ladder 3 storeys.

Bioclean is for truck washing and like I mentioned it is patented and they don't want pics of the system posted out there so I don't post pics. If you want to know more about the system call them.

Anyway, Like I also mentioned I use these guns/wands and brushes almost every day so they all have to stay on the trailer, tried the game of put on the trailer what I need today and then take it off, been there and done that, does not work for most of the time.

These are for specific jobs/companies/purposes so they all have their uses on an almost daily basis so they all need to stay on the trailer thus the thread being started for ideas on how to organize/store them better on the trailer so nothing gets bent/damaged.

Hey Christopher, I use 2" PVC for my aluminum extensions. Could use 1" also,..but 2" is what I had on hand. I stand them straight up,..they take up less usable/trailer space this way. Like posted above,..I use one tube per extension. Albeit, I only have a couple mounted this way,..the longer one (8 feet),..is on the inside of my van wall cradled in homemade "hooks",..same way with my brushes.

*Hooks were made from 4" u-bolts with flat steel welded on so they could be screw mounted

** I also paint my PVC,..for protection against UV,..and to also make it look so much like PVC, Ha,Ha,..

***What about using those spring clips you sometimes see holding a broom upright?

Those are some great ideas Jeff, any pics you could post so I can see how you organized them on the rig?

Thanks.

Thanks Jeff, that makes more sense now.

I like that surface cleaner holder, very creative.

Jason and Christopher,..thanks for the comments! Actually just finished the trailer up and working on the van now. I break it all down every year, replace pieces and parts, nuts and bolts,. paint, and basically re-do it all,..Always makes for a nice fresh start to the season.

* I guess after "noticing" these PVC extension holders, they actually are smaller than 2" Ha,Ha,.. They must be 1"-1.5",..the pump sprayer wands are the 2" ones. Just don't think about it much I guess,..until I looked at this picture again,Ha,Ha,..

Im going through this now also. Believe I've come up with a clean way to mount many different size Noddles. I have 6x6 vinyl fence post laying around so instead of mounting round PVC figured let side tubes of different lengths to hold 1-2 wands each inside the vinyl post. The vinyl is pretty sturdy and can fit 4- 2" PVC tubes each. The post being square makes for easy mounting then if needed you can configure other things around or atop it easily . that's my 2¢

Here's what I'm talking about. Lowes.com. Gatehouse item 17708 model 73013947
Pool cage aluminum would be a beefy alternative 2x8. There plenty of mounting hardware for a clean look.
