Commercial Accounts Pricing

I was at Popeyes chicken the other night and figured I'd leave a card with the manager. I told her I would like to power wash the sidewalks and drive thru areas and she said they would definitely be interested. She told me her district manager would be in in a few days and she would like me to give a price on 2 burger kings that they also manage. My question is how should I price these?

should I give them a once a month price or try to sell them on bi weekly services? if it's a one hit wonder do I up my price a bit or give them a better deal if they do it weekly or bi weekly?

not looking to screw anyone;just looking to establish accounts, build relationships and make money

Tough one because most here hate fastfood, do not give anything free to fastfood. Talk one unit at a time, they play the multiple unit discount. Don't waive initial Cleaing fees.

I can't tell you one time price because I can't see how bad it is. Bk are usually nasty, chicken places are greasy but the canola they use cleans pretty easy with the right chems.

Safe starting point 550 to 750

30 day price 275 on bk and 225 Popeyes

Once cleaned up your looking at less than two hours Popeyes and 2.5 on bk

Greetings. You might want to consider what it would cost to do one location (drive thru lanes, sidewalks ). Calculate what it would cost using your fee schedule (labor, solution, gas, and the unknown fee for mechanical wear and tear). From there calculate what you would make if all of the locations you cleaned were basically the same. I typically, give a % discount because of the volume. You must remember that this is business and treat it as such.
