I have just started my pressure washing company. I have done a lot of research on pricing and have found many different things. I was wondering if there was a price list avaliable. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you!

Beings most everyone's operation is different, overhead different, cost of living in the area, etc.. At the end of the day you'll be the one to decide how high or low to sell your services, while making it worth your while.

I started doing side work few years back with a little 3gpm machine for rather cheap prices, with prices adjusted as my equipment keeps expanding. I've worked my way up to larger residential / light duty commercial. If someone in my area is $200/hr, I can't charge the same if I don't have the manpower / or as efficient equipment as they do.

For residential, try to hit them for at least $0.09-.10/sqft. Also, keep in mind that it's not about how big the house is, but how dirty it is and even more, HOW MUCH THE CUSTOMER CAN AFFORD. E.g. not every 2500 sf house is the same price, some can pay $200-250 and some can pay $500, it all depends on the customer. The richer they are, the more $$$. it is easiest to judge this by doing in person estimates

Not jumping your case or anything but I just have to ask..........How do you start a business and not know what to charge for your service?........ I don't get it.

I have been doing it for a little while but just got professional equipment. I have and idea of how to charge. I just want to see if I was on the right track. just trying to gather as much information as posible. Oh and thanks to everyone who has help me so far.

You need to know your overhead, productive time, and all costs to figure out what rate to charge on every job. Every company has different costs.
