Thank you everyone for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers. What they first thought was a possible heart problem turned out to be caused by some pinched nerves, one in my neck and one in my back. Met with neurosurgeon and am going for a MRI to see what needs to be done. So for the time being, I'm on meds and will be getting some injections to help with the pain. They say the meds will cause mood swings so, I guess now its LISA that needs the support! LOL Thanks again everyone.

Uh a chiropractor is a washers best friend numb hands constant impingments from looking around with a high pressure wand in your hands.A monthly visit is good as well as massages also.I understand what your saying if it goes to long the problems persist an gets worse sometimes these shots are needed but i look at this care as routine maintance for our bodys.
 
Get well pain is a pain. Duh. I've a lot of experience with pain after a motor cycle accident in 2005 . after much time trial and failures figuring the best remedies I've learned a couple very helpful tips. Medication s don't last as long as stated so spread them out. A little less more often keeps the extreme pain at bay. The best a most effective for back pain is over the counter, for me. But instead of 3 Advil I can take 1 Advil, 1 Aleeve l , 1 Excedrin migraine. It works.

Chiropractor s are great I like them so much I've talked my 15yr old daughter into becoming one.
KT tape when done correctly is the bomb. So simple and great. $10 at CVS. Google it kt tape and YouTube videos.
I'm looking into having MUA done in a couple months. Its Chiropractic techniques. MUA Manipulation Under Anesthesia. Looks very promising and makes sense. Its adjustments and extreme stretching 3 days in a row. Anesthesia is needed because it wouldn't be possible to stretch and break up adhesions while awake because it hurts to much. Check it out.
