I need some idea's on how to. Run my plumbing on my trailer. Can you guys post pics of your beautiful rig's plumbing for me thanks.

This is the filter from tank to pump. Notice the line in my hand is the return line back into the tank. I would advise also to have a filter on the tank fill line and a Hudson valve to keep from overflow problems.

I like what looks to be tool free disconnects to pop that filter out, clean it, and put it back in. Nice Chris.

Ok I know something's not right I finish plumbing pipes. Water is coming down the line but pump sits a little high and the inlet hose is going up not feeding the pump. Don't the water forces its way up? I filled the tank right above bulkhead fitting at the bottom of the tank which is a little less than a hundred gallons. When I lay hose down even with pipe it flows

So the water lever might just be too low? It's right above the bulk head fitting a little bit above the pipes

Put some bigger hoses on those machines those things look like drinking straws lol. That yellow hose needs to go get some heavy duty non crushable hose on it.Take the gun off open the valve or just hold an open hose once it gets primed an doesnt have any restrictions your washer should pull the water through it does help to have all lines open.Good luck

@Kiloman I close the lines up and went to bed after I failed too get water though my line but I'm going to go buy a bigger line tomorrow

Well, sometimes you have to crack open the water line that feeds the pump to give it a little air and will begin to flow. Kinda' like opening the breather on a gas jug. Do that before you even start the engine,..many times just cracking the inlet line and turning the engine over without it even starting will prime the pump.

*Also, another thing you can do is, after starting,..keep the RPM's low and you will see it pulls water way better than running full RPM.

Jeff

Use 1 and half times larger hose to the pump. Most are 3/4 inlet so 1 1/2 or two inch non crush able hose. Feed both sides of the pump.

Tank Feed Plumbing

Here Ya Go ! .. dual feed on a dual pump 20gpm system with 1" hydrant-feed tank (or Garden hose feed)
And the dual feed flat bed style, and.. dual feed running under the floor, eliminating hoses from running across the floor of a box truck

Dual Source feed trailer

Here's how to get garden hose feed direct to the pump bypassing the tank.
..EXTREMELY valuable for troubleshooting !!!

the 2nd image is a kit we do for people that want to connect 2 bladderTanks with the CamLock couplings.

We use the clear hose for easier troubleshooting.. you want to be able to see airBubbles !
Plumb for the "Rapid elimination of downtime" and you stay profitable, even on a bad day. :{)
