Alright folks I have a question and am looking for suggestions. Here is the situation: Have been given the task of pricing out applying paint stripper to the outside of a Sam's Club size building (the building is concrete block and split faced block painted with failing latex) and then washing it all off to reveal as close to bare concrete as possible. The painter has a product which they say works great but am looking for a faster way to apply it than an airless sprayer. I am assuming the stripper is pretty thick as it will need to adhere to the vertical surface for a fairly long dwell time as directions state let it sit overnight. Would I be crazy to think that a 12V pump would apply the product with a wide fan or do those pumps not work great with thick liquids? I have never used a 12V pump but have been thinking about getting one to make washing roofs easier. Suggestions needed. Thanks all!
