Do a great job and they will want you to return. They will practically calendar it for the following year as they write the check for the present service, if you do a decent job.

I give discounts for the more work they have done. Just a roof gets none. Just a HW gets none. If they call for a roof and house wash I'll up sell a driveway and throw in a discount.
