Concrete sealer

I cleaned and sealed an exposed glacial driveway last year with Conspec Spectrum Brown. The sprinkler system came on about 3/4 of the way through the first coat of sealer. I put the second coat on the next day and the driveway looked the same all over. I let the homeowner know what had happened and to call me if there were any issues. I got a call from the homeowner about the driveway not looking right, and when I looked at the driveway, one layer of the sealer where the water rain on the driveway has come off so it is a different color than the rest of the driveway.

I am thinking of trying to clean the area where the sealer came off and re-sealing that area. Will this work? Or should I strip the whole thing and start over? If I need to strip it, what stripper would you recommend?

Just want to mention. Wear lot's of protection with Xylene. It's highly carcinogenic as far as I understand. Most companies I've worked for quit using it because of that.
