Pressure Pro's Clearly Pink Pro

Anyone try Pressure Pro's Clearly Pink Pro? I tried it today on brick mixed with 5 parts water to 1 part CPP and it worked great. Best of all it was only $17 per gallon. Now, I need to figure out how to mitigate the browning of grass. What are some techniques used? I've watered, watered, and watered some more and still get massive browning. Tomorrow I have a stucco house wash and its going to need some rust removal and I'd like to minimize the brown grass. I've thought about tarping at the base when I rinse. Thinking that may dilute it more but worry I'm just going to brown grass 6 feet from the house. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I've never had any issues with the browning of grass using F9! I used it today at an apartment complex and once again F9 worked great with no side effects and the GM was very pleased with those nasty looking rust stains gone! F9 rocks dude!
P.S. Thank you for your service to our Country Sir!

I've used both clearly and f9. Both work extremely well. I have not had any problems with browning on either. I think technique may be the issue. We run multiple man crew so there is someone watering before during and after, maybe that's why we get no burn. Clearly is a strong blend of hydroflouric. F9 will remove stains that clearly won't. Honestly for stucco house wash in Florida in assuming it's fertilizer rust on the stucco, we just use oxalic cause it's stupid cheap, gentle, and works just as good.

Well Guys i wonder if the near 100 degree temps had anything to do with that? Its all good till the grass gets burned keep the product on the surface longer an pre wet an re wet in these temps.

I've had 2 other guys in the last few years have the same issue of grass browning when using F9. It was a technique issue with both. If you have followed the instructions as laid out, just make sure to spray from the grass line inward toward the concrete (don't spray grass directly). You should be able to control the product as to not drench the grass with F9. This should solve browning issues with F9 BARC. A little bit in the grass won't burn it, and if you do get a more than a little and the grass Browns, it will come back in 4-7 days.

As for Pressure Pro Clearly Pink, I have been given an MSDS from one of our F9 Team Applicators.

This product is an EXTREMELY HIGH concentration of Hydrofluoric and Sulfuric Acid. I think you will always have issues with this chemical's aggressive attack on plants, skin and body. All I can say is make sure to wear all PPE, faceshield etc when using and wet, wet, wet the grass and surrounding areas. Carry calcium gluconate with you at all times be careful.

Do a google search on HF and Sulfuric acid burns to see what why I am adamant to use extreme caution~

To answer the question on temps, the weather really doesn't have much of an effect if you are using F9 BARC for rust removal. I formulated this to work in high heat and am out in 100+ temps all week. 111 yesterday and supposed to reach 115' today.

I would have to concur with everyone. I'm obviously not watering enough. Thanks for the all the inputs. BTW - I'm now a full time house/roof/power washer. I retired from the USAF about 2 weeks ago so I'll be honing my skills with more regularity. I look forward to ore interactions.
