I started looking to see what price I could get some SH for. I have a plant close to me that makes it and they quoted me 3.35/gallon for a 55 gallon drum with a $50 dollar deposit for something? and a $5 cleaning fee. $4.75/gallon for 5 and 15 gallon with a $25 deposit and $5 cleaning fee for the 15 gallon. I was trying to see if I could find it for around $125 for a 55 gallon. As it stands now they want 184.25 plus the $5 cleaning fee and not sure what the deposit is for yet. I think that is if I pick it up too.

Well just have several ready for them when they deliver and explain that to the rep an you bypass all that ordeal. All this stuff is really to deter the small person from really buying from places like univar, brentag etc. These places are huge i think univar is the largest in the world.Once you get a couple orders under your belt you will be good to go.Call them an tell them you need 10,000 gallon tank set an watch how fast they sign you up.

Yeah thats the point i was making once you get going with different company an you establish a relationship with them its all good to go.I have never been charged deposits on drums.Thats great your using 200 gallons a week must be some great stuff to keep fouling up your injectors.

Just getting started with residential myself. Just booked my first house. $180 is still too high even without the fees. I called a pool place and all they sell is gallons in a case for 4.99 a gallon. Still looking around.

I know guys that buy it by the case from Dollar General.....its not 12.5% but you can adjust your mix and it will do in a pinch.

I buy cases from lowes and HD for around $4 a gallon. It's only 10%, but like Guy said, i just adjust my mix a little. It's the best solution for my situation right now, and it gets the job done.

I'm around $2.55
