Dragon Juice Approval By Doug Rucker , check out the photos !!!!!!!!!

yes among other things. Great for exterior gutters, blood, cutting through thick algae and mud dauber nests. Don't know what the magic ingredient is, it is just awesome.

Would it be used like roof snot?

There are several guys that use it as their surfactant. I am not there yet. It removes oxidation. It does it very well. A lot of surfaces I come across down here in Florida, has some sort of oxidation. Most of the things I clean, you don't want to remove the oxidation, unless you plan on repainting. I m just paranoid because there are contractors around by me that use it on pool cages and stuff. Maybe downstreaming it is the answer.

Works great on cages Ralph. Been ds-ing Dj on houses and cages @ roughly 4 oz dj, 1.5- 2 gal sh in a total finishing a total mix at 3 gals in a 5er. 8gpm. Still adding a good squirt of Gain for suds and cost effectiveness. 3gal gals of mix for ds-ing is my normal thing so I'm not loosing sh power if it sits 1-2 days. But I've been very impressed at how much time its cut per job. $70 shipped is pretty pricey. A couple of price pro's 8'm less concerned with semi and high gloss paints, cleaning concrete near blacktop and clouding it up. Using it a a painted cedar mansion this week that isn't covered in algae so very little sh is required. And its worked pretty good for window cleaning or just a quick window scrub while my solution is dwelling. Rinses windows pretty dang good without a full window cleaning service. Not sure about shipping on a 5er but if its comparable skip 1 gal and buy 5gallons. Gutters hell yea. Cost per oz is pretty cheap. I think some ppl may be over doing their soap mix wasting money when a very light 2nd 3rd misting will keep everything cleaning with less risk of potential damage.

I just got some dj in the mail yesterday...how much do you guys use when downstreaming for siding and concrete? Above, Flambo is using 4 oz dj + 1.5-2gal SH in 3 gallons total. Does anyone use more if not using SH?
Thanks; looking forward to using this stuff.

I've been using the same formula but adding a good squirt of Gain for a nice smell, stick and more suds. Suds don't really clean anything but lets me know when solution is hitting my surface. Until I see suds I'm rinsing something. A little DJ goes far. If theres algae is involved sh is in my solution for a number of reasons. Buy 5 gallons

I use it as a sales tool

On thing many great pressure washing companies miss is a chance to up sell. When I see a real dirty drive or sidewalk I tell them I take an extra step that many other companies don't do. We actually apply a bleach mixture to the surface that actually "kills" the algae that is growing on your concrete so when we wash it we actually remove all the dead algae, including the roots, so it won't come back so fast. I spend an extra 10 minutes and $5 worth of bleach and by then I have their confidence and I get them to walk around their house with me and most of the time I end up with some dirty brick spots or vinyl to clean along with a sooty chimney. Now a $200 driveway is now a $450 - $500 job.

My question is why use any surfactant at all! if its only mold and mildew as seen in the picture, then only hot water should be used...in my opinion. Cleaning at 212 deg F (steam) at 3750 psi with a surface cleaner should clean that concrete no problem. Even if it takes a little bit longer, i would rather clean with less or no chemies. I have done similar jobs with great results using only hot water. Stay Safe Out There!

Cleaning it at 212 w a surface cleaner will clean it, but it's not needed. I Have never needed Hot Water on a residential driveway, unless to remove oil, paint or gum. In fact our residential rig's do not even have hot water on them...

Again this was simply testing the product, Dragon Juice, for the purpose of cleaning (pre-treatment) and comparing it with and without bleach.

The chems. not only help clean the concrete drives, They also ensure the mold and algae are killed. Some algaes thrive in hot temps and hot water may not kill off everything. If the proper cleaning solution is used, cold water is all that's needed!

Is that whats coming out of the nozzles?
That will easily take the cream off the concrete, i hope your pressure is set way lower than that.
Also chemicals is the way to go for concrete.
