Looks like more work to pre and post treat. If you can clean it with a surface cleaner and have to post treat with sh to remove organic stains, Why pre treat ? I know here in florida there is no bubble that are taking off the algea stains only the SH does it. just my two cents, I have not used the product so I am not saying it doesn't work or help the process just seems like a waste of money for flat work

How does it look like more work to pre and post treat. This was pretreated only. No post treat. And no bleach was used.

Not saying that driveway in the picture specifically but to have people think they need to use something to pre treat on all flat work is a waste of time and money. like I said that's my two cents. I have been doing this long enough to know what's a waste of time. when to pre treat or not etc.. Lots of people have not. SO i'll save my money on that one. Also your not saving much time if your pretreating then cleaning, vs just cleaning and doing a sh post treat if needed. Everyone has their own methods, whatever floats your boat.

Well Kasey if you lay down a strong mix prior to cleaning the concrete let it work for 15-20 minutes you want have to post treat because the chemicals have done there part. Now you just walk along with the surface cleaner and rinse an your done. But each person has there on way of doing things if the end result is a happy customer we are all right.

Old concrete will clean up much better than this new stuff they are laying down thats for sure.20 years ago they poured real concrete this stuff now is mixed with all sorts of stuff that is sub par in my opinion.

I don't pre treat with a strong mix, if i do pre treat its with a house wash mix downstreamed. 7 out of 10 of the driveways here in florida need a post treating after being pressure wash, we use our roof cleaning setup for that which leaves the driveways looking great and they stay cleaner a little bit longer.

I typically DS my house wash mix onto concrete that is simply moldy and dirty,..BUT,..then there is "MOLDY and DIRTY",...I will use my roof mix.

I prefer SH on concrete to some percentage I think it helps it stay clean longer.

But another good concrete cleaner is simply using the OTHER SH and some soap for dwell time,..won't lighten up like a bleach mix,.,..in fact it turns darker in most cases,..but it loosens it up and whisks right off with a surface cleaner,..and is the way I would do it if I were making a video promoting concrete cleaning.

*I use a bleach mixture for longevity,..and also because it's what I usually have mixed up in some fashion at any given time. Don't always have the OTHER SH mixed up,..but it is always on hand in granular form.

**Mixing SH and SH together makes a great concrete cleaner,..usually overkill,..good for flagstone though!

I disagree with ya there...pretreating often times will speed up the cleaning. It all depends on the surface, how dirty it is etc etc.

Yeah my whole point of trying this product like this was trying it WITHOUT bleach....I had seen many people post about using it with bleach on concrete...which most of of the time, on concrete like this, no matter what you mix with bleach it's going to look good, it's just a matter of how strong your mix is. But we have a A LOT of driveways like this that are this dirty but will have lots of delicate landscaping around them. To me it;s great to know I can get these results, without a strong bleach mix.

Great comments and conversation though. Appreciate everyones input. Always love hearing other opinions.
