Delema? need a 2nd pw which direction??

Okay guys I'm going to need a 2nd pw. Currently have a 3500 psi 8 gpm. I'm going to start concentrating on commercial flat, buildings and condo hoa's - PM co's. So what new machine would you add 3500@ 8gpm -3000 @ 10 gm - 2800@ 12gpm - 2500 @ 10gpm wondering if a higher gpm will increase height for the condo's and building cleanings?

I was in this same spot recently. I decided to build my own cold water with the 22hp predator engine and the tsf2021 with the gear box from RUSS. So far it is great at 3700psi 7 gpm! I don't need hot water hardly ever...you may. But i was most concerned with being able to downstream at a high enough concentration for it to be effective which is why I opted for the 7gpm and a little higher pressure instead of going with the 8.5 at 3000. Downstreaming above about 8gpm just isn't the same in my experience!

Thought about going with a gear box to save on space. $600.00 for a 22hp is hard to beat. And if you get lucky with a 20% coupon I say game on. What height can you reach?

With the 0060 I can hit 3rd story no problem. Have not tried anything higher than that. Whole thing was under $2,000 including k7 unloader, block, jumper hose, etc....

For commercial and all your wanting to do I'd go no larger than a 5.6 - 6.00 GPM.

Thought about just building a 3500 8 gpm and buying the same general pump. Only a $200 difference. Definitely giving the predator engine a shot. Choice's. To many.
