600+ ft of hydraulic fluid spill

Just went and looked at the 2nd worse fluid spill in the panhandle's history which apparently happened this past March. I did a test spot with EBC, full strength, 30 min dwell, agitation, and 180 degree rinse. You might be able to tell where I conducted the test in photo#3. I did not use my surface cleaner so I may have gotten better result if I had. Should I try the SC on asphalt? Any other advice? I figure this is going to take at least 3 treatments to lighten it. The goal is to get enough out that it stops degrading the asphalt. You can see some evidence od asphalt damage directly behind the Toyota truck in the 1st pic. I think the mud tires turning into the drive are taking their toll.

I'm thinking of trying some BT 200 and see if it gets a better result. (I';ll need to order and have never used it) Another PWer showed up and tried some Sodium Hydroxide and it did less than the EBC.

Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks.

James
