Spinner

I have an idea for a spinner and need to talk to someone capable of evaluating my idea and perhaps putting my idea into the real deal. It comes about because of the need to access every single spot in a system where there are some cases in which only my type of spinner will or might work. I am in the state of Mass where the codes are laws and hood cleaners are fined or lose their license to work if we fail to adhere to the codes.

You? ok I need a spinner that can work in horizontal duct. On wheels and operates like a ,back in the day water sprinkler. How it moves could be due to the pressure of the nozzles along with some manual pressure. Just to cover a smaller area where an access door is not possible to install.
