I have two jobs that I sent in a bid for, one of which I have already been rewarded, and awaiting word on the second. Both have "tricky" spots, and wanted to run by some of you to see what you think. First is a stained wood carport. The walls and ceiling are all stained, and the stain could use a little attention. I was planning on using just a garden hose and very soft bristle brush and just hand scrub it. Didn't know if any of you have any ideas for chems that may help in this situation.
Second house has a marble outside fireplace, with what looks to be a copper top on it. Should I keep all chems away from this, or is a weaker house mix an option to use here? Sorry if the pics turn sideways, but you get the idea.
