STRONGEST hose clamps for medium pressure sprayers

I'm getting aggravated by my medium pressure sprayer hose (Udor kappa 43, with kuri tec 1/2 id 0.79" od hose). The fittings pop off many times everyday (usually the 1/2 brass barb at the end of the hose leading to the wand). I've tried ss worm drive clamps of various grades and stepless ear clamps (even doubled up). I need to find a stronger clamp. I'd love to set my unloader around 400 psi, but I'm blowing off fittings at 250psi. I've read that t-bolt clamps are stronger but I can't find any small enough, and I want to hear some confirmation that band-it clamps are really super strong before making such a big investment.

Help please!

For automotive forced induction setups I was always blowing off fittings and elbows with worm clamps, when I switched to t-bolt clamps it never happened again. These were anywhere from 2" to 5", but I can only hope the smaller ones would work just as well.

Get some other feedback for pressure washer specifics before you make the investment, as my experience is kinda apples to oranges, just wanted to stop by and say tbolt clamps are straight beast. If no one else has used them on the forum I'd say buy a few and trying them out.

I don't know if it will work at those pressures but I use the Fat Boy pumps rated at 100 psi and was blowing them off. Started using adhesive calk and 2 ss clamps. Haven't blown one since. You do have to cut the hose if you want to get them off though.

What are you using the Kappa for? Sh? Thought it wouldn't hold up

I use it to rinse siding, but I don't run any chems through it. It can actually xjet at a really low pressure which has come in handy. I also figured out how to downstream with it but I kept breaking the barbs off my injectors (kynar bodies) so right now they are just set up to rinse. I ordered some t bolt clamps and I'll try to remember to come back on here and give a report after I put them to good use.

Can you find someone local who does hydraulic hoses. My 1/2" hose is crimped. Never have to worry about it blowing off.
