New construction cleanup...Concrete splatter on aluminum trim

I went and looked at a house yesterday that was just built.

Whoever poured the porch splattered concrete over everything in the area, mainly the painted aluminum trim. I'm not worried about it coming off of the vinyl as it came off easily with just my finger, but I'm not sure what to use/do to get it off the painted aluminum. It's brand spanking new and don't want to leave any marks.

Any suggestions? It isn't thick, just splattered all over.

I do pre-handover washes for 6 new home companies. What you see is, as it would appear, is the same the world over. (I live in new Zealand). I wash over the top of it and make a full report to the building company. The concreting contractor put the mess there leave it to them to clean it up. I would not under any circumstances start applying any form of concrete removing solution to the window joinery or anywhere else on the house.. If you cause damage, be it ever so slight YOU WILL PAY FOR IT! Given America's propensity to sue the ass of anyone and everyone you will be asking for trouble. If the wonder dung concrete removing product etches the glass, changes the look of the aluminium or etches the concrete that caused the problem in the first place YOUR SCREWED!
You could very well end up replacing any or all of the above.....Not worth the risk.
I write a full report on the clean for the building company concerned and point out the locations of the concrete splatter to them in the email. Each and every one of them appreciate my reports and I have never had one come back to me expecting me to clean up that sort of mess left by sub-contractors. DON'T BITE OFF MORE THAN YOU CAN CHEW.

Thanks Tony. I called Titan up and spoke to a guy for a few minutes and he said I'd be fine using it and gave me some dilution rates based on what is there. People on the window Cleaning boards like it and also say it won't harm anything, it just has a really long dwell time. That's fine with me as they want the entire house washed anyway.

Not looking to be a hero or spray anything blindly... That's why I ask questions. This isn't a large area.
