Surfactant and Detergent?

Nice did you have scrub that at all?

Yes I had to brush. I have only had a few times where I was able to spray and rinse right off. It is just slight agitation though, no scrubbing hard. Works on grease stains and soot really well too.

Brushing is just a necessity with any gutter cleaner. Trying to use something that is "effective" enough to spray on and spray off can lead to removing paint. There are times that spray on and spray off works,..but it isn't consistent enough,..and when you spray your cleaner off,.and you see it's not thoroughly cleaned,..you have to spray again anyhow,..just wasted time and material.

now of course if there was absolutely no scrubbing involved I would gladly pay $7 dollars a gallon. UUUHHMMM on second thought no I wouldn't I would stick to the $1.50 a gallon.

dragon juice does a hell of a lot more than gutters and isnt a butyl or caustic. penetration on thick algae and mold makes it worth it to me.

Question: I used my 36" maxima today and i feel like it doesn't clean as well as my 26" I have an 8gpm honda could this be possible if so what can I do to fix this problem.

Also I'll be in Tennessee this weekend if anyone needs help or show me some tips and trick I'm willing to go learn more.

the rule of thumb is 4 inches per gpm so you would need 9gpm to run a 36 effectively. You can still run it but it's going to be slow

The degreaser worked great on the gutter. I did a little sample on one and I'm sure the guy is going to tell me to do it. What are you guys charging per linear feet? This house is on palm beach island.

Pricing really depends on your area and how much you need to make to make a profit.
I'm around 1.20 per lnFt but I'm in Washington state so my pricing might not work for you

If everyone accepts your bid for gutter brightening raise your prices till 70% or so accept it

This was a roof wash I did today and 95% of it was clean the first round and the other % was what you see in the picture. I normally go back and spot spray these areas however someone told me that once it rains it will wash the rest out if you don't rinse the roof. Can anyone tell me if this is true or should I keep spot treating it? Also what type of masks do you guys prefer I'm in the market for a new one. Thanks.

Looks like you missed some of the algae? Generally it will disappear within 15-20 minutes of treating it but it can take a little longer.
If you're sure you didn't miss anything then just wait till it rains a few times and then go check it.
