Truck Garage floor cleaning

I am quoting an indoor truck garage floor, grease and oil stains all over it, the size is 5800 SF what is the rule of thumb when cleaning a floor like this, do I have to recover the water? Also I am looking at a quote of $900 and am wondering if that is a fair price. I will be using a cold water machine 4GPM and a 19 inch surface cleaner. Any help and guidance would be very helpful.

Hate to break your heart, but a cold water machine on a truck garage floor will probably not cut it, if it is like the floors I have seen. Or you are going to use a TON of chemicals.

Also hate to break your heart, but $900 is a bit cheap even with heat and if you are reclaiming the waste water way cheap.

We just finished a car garage floor recently, 4500 sq ft very dirty. Reclaimed water and left onsite. $1,950.00. Some areas we had to use one restore to lift the worst stains under the lifts. jims phone 107.jpg

Thanks it was bad plus having to work around tools.

What types of chemicals did you guys use in that garage? We recently tried to get hydrolic fluid off a driveway. Barely made a dent in it using nitro from hotsy

Wow. Thanks for the reply. Found some on a site called kec supplies.com. I will have to give that driveway another try

You could use EBC.We used our own mix of Sodium Hydroxide, and a powdered concrete cleaner because it was really dirty.
