Brian Sandoval Governor , Despite Shelly Shelton bringing this to the attention of other Law makers the Governor Ignore the Rights and constitution of the Good people of Nevada.

The People should be calling for Governor Sandoval to Voluntarily Step down from his positions and the states operating against the Constitution of its people by taking money from there pockets to fund Corporate ventures. Maybe the Mob has never left the control in Nevada, now they work threw the shield of Law makers. Federal investigations will follow in the future if Nevada keeps ignoring the constitution.

Thank goodness for some Lawmakers who stand up for the people and not Corporate Welfare. Its time we allow business to work or fail all on its own. States have no business determining who should or shouldn't.

This is a nationwide Problem Ron. Governments spending taxpayer dollars to support large private business is killing small business. The largest recipient is Boeing. Right along in line with them is GE. Now after all these years wouldn't it seem like Boeing and GE could stand on their own two feet?

Here is how it works. Legislators tax you, then use those taxes to support large companies.

Those companies in turn use those same funds to pay lobbyists and write donation checks to politicians who start the process over again

Our state constitution forbids this, yet the Governor has crafted loopholes to get around it. The state is being sued right now for violating the constitution, but guess who makes the final decision? Judges, who have made their careers from the donations of the same large companies. And let me remind you, the money they donate, is the money that has been taken from your pocket and given back to the company via tax abatements, gifts, loans and subsidies.

We are paying to put ourselves out of business every time we pay taxes.

Oh corruption isn't the word. Some of you know before pw-ing I did a lot of work for schools and governments state and federal. We installed security access control, automated gates and pop up vehicle killers.
After bidding and bidding jobs and losing I started to dig into the competition. Builders, engineering co, architects and the little guys like us installers. Well the winning installers were always different. The other 3 thou never they cleaned up winning bids. Always the same 2 companies on the perspective bid but wouldn't you know they also contributed the max dollar amount to political hacks.
Take a look for yourself and you'll see how cheap it is to buy wealth. Follow local bid sites and the winners history
