What do you use for a phone/#

Hello,
I'm new; just got started a few months ago. Been doing a lot of "friendly" type of business so far: friends, former and current customers of our cleaning business, and other folks that I've known in the past. I guess because of that, I haven't had to think about the nuts and bolts, so so now I'm doing my website, logo, and business cards, and it got me thinking about what I'm going to use as a phone number and phone. I was thinking of using a number from Google Voice, and using their system to transfer calls either to my cell phone during the day, or straight to voice mail when I can't take calls. However, it doesn't seem as smooth as I thought it was going to be, and the call quality is sometimes poor because it is over the internet. My cell phone can be bad enough by itself.

Anyway, just wondering how some of you deal with this. The simplest way is to just use my current, do it all cell phone (which we also use as our home phone), and assume every call is a business call (unless of course my contact list recognizes the call). Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. At the moment, I am the only person working this business.
