So confused about chemicals

Howdy from Texas yaw... I'm new this business. Long story short I purchased a high pressure rig to help a young man get into business. I'm fighting over a couple of things... exactly what chemicals do I need to stock and d i need to invest in a low pressure or a softwash system? Here is the list I have compiled as far as chemicals... Barc F9, F9 efflow, wd-25, EBC, Dragon Juice, 10-15% Sodium hypochlorite ( bleach ). Are there other chemicals that can be purchased that have oxalic acid for removing rust? What makes the Dragon Juice so expensive? What is the best soap? Do i need roof snot... seems like a lot of products, just trying to narrow down what I really need to cover most residential jobs. I want to do roofs once i figure all of this out.
Thank you

10-15% Sodium hypochlorite.
Can you mix your own Sodium Hypochlorite from powder and save money?

You can get a 55# bag of oxalic on ebay for $90 delivered. Dragon Juice isn't expensive. It is a super concentrate that must be mixed with water. Base mix is 5:1 which means you are really getting 6 gallons and then you reduce it down again depending on what you are trying to do. 5:1 is full strength. You do not need full strength most of the time. Roof snot is my favorite soap, after trying a lot of other surfactants. Rinses clear on windows which is a huge plus for me.

I highly recommend you invest in your new venture by attending Doug Ruckers Pressure Cleaning School! He can teach you the ins and outs of the business including what soaps and chems to use and also about your equipment. Plus you'll get some hands on training!

Yeah I'm planning on getting the online version of Doug's program. I don't have time to get down there right now and pressure washing is just a sideline service right now. And yes the chemical portion is one of the appeals to dougs online program, having something to check until I memorize everything will be a huge plus. And well worth the $350. I've found two large chemical suppliers that will sell to me so I'll have to figure out which route to go on products. #50 bags may be cheap but I question the labor cost effectiveness of self mixing.
Thanks Everyone

Keith as explained at the school thisis what I keep on hand...other than Bleach

Roof Snot, Dragon Juice, Red Raider, F9 Barc and Efflo, Worlds Best Graffiti Products. Thats pretty much all we keep in stock...anything else is ordered on an as needed per job basis.

If you are going to do roofs you will need a dedicated pump system. Like either a Air Diapragm or 12V system a shown here at the school.

1 step at a time man. Don't try and do anything and everything when you first start and overwhelm yourself. All of these products are great and i have used most of them at 1 point or another but the bleach is whats made me the most money and 1 product i never run out of.

Sodium hypochlorite is the the active chemical. 12.5% sodium hypochlorite to 87.5% H2O. Most of the "bleach" you get from the store is between 5.25% SH(sodium hypochlorite) and 8.25% SH. If you can find it, go with the 12.5%.
I have ordered a 55 gallon drum of 12.5% delivered to my door for $148.00

Great price for coming to your door. I just drove over an hour 1 way to get a 55 gallom drum for 2.25 a gallon
