Church drop off area / concrete drive [pics attached]

Here's a couple of pictures of the drive up area of a local church. Looks like oil, there's some gum, and then there's brown/gold looking stains. I have a 2500/5.6 cold water machine. The area is roughly 1400 ft[SUP]2[/SUP]. What would you use to get this area clean? I'm thinking of putting down SH, run my Whisper Wash SC, rinse, then another coat of SH.

Your replies are appreciated.

Miquel several guys tryed to help you when you posted about the machine an most reccomended at least 3000 psi not sure why you went with 2500 but to each his own.Yes you are gonna have to buy a good degreaser to clean that.Only expect an 85 percent improvement over what you see.

I don't recall anyone here recommending any machine and PSI. Maybe a different "Miquel" because I'm Miguel (with a "G").

Back to the point: yes a degreaser. That's what I'm missing in my equation. Looks like EBC is a good product after watching all the videos and using PWI search function. Also, I do believe the brown stains are rust so I'll likely get F9 BARC while I'm at it.

Thanks
