12V Hand Held Sprayer

That looks good.
What about making that middle board longer and then making a handle out of the top of it, router out a hole then mill off around it so it is almost the same as what you have but this way it is part of the board itself and will not ever come loose. A Rotozip can take care of all of that part if you have one.

I think using that first board it will still be balanced being close to the chemical jug if you were to do that. This way you don't need a special handle if you were to make more of them down the road.

Keep up the good work.

I had the idea of using a cooler and putting everything inside,..was just to big of a footprint for my liking. But it will be protective and I'm sure works fine,..after all,..it's a pump a battery and hose.

As far a a protective barrier,.to me it would just add time to the job and cost to the customer making you less competitive,..especially considering water has always been a great protector of vegetation. Not to mention I wouldn't trust it as the end of saturating anyhow.

That isn't near as cool as mine. And that one is fairly expensive. My design on the wooden one is in everyones budget. And the aluminum one I had made at the weld shop is still only around $350.00. with the working parts included. Yea,..I like mine way better.
