I have begged, pleaded, complained, filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office, talked with Tony and Ron to get the harassing texts and phone calls and junk mail from the UAMCC to go away. I was promised by Ron that it would end. More mail in the box today. I do not want to be associated with this sham in any way. Please stop with the correspondence. It is unwelcome and embarrassing to receive. If it takes personal litigation against board members to make it stop I will take that route. PLEASE respect my wishes and leave me alone.
 
Embarassing?! I get it, nobody likes to be harassed, especially when asked to stop. But aren't you being a little dramatic? Nobody knows you receive this stuff until you tell em. Im sure the people at the phone company aren't reviewing your texts and making office jokes about you because you got a call/text from the UAMCC. I'm sure the mailman isn't taking pictures of your incoming mail and hanging it up at the post office or posting it to facebook, worldstar, and snapchat for the whole world to laugh at you for receiving correspondence from UAMCC. Maybe I'm being a little insensitive since i receive no correspondence from them, not even sure how to get on the list and don't care to if they're gonna harass me so much that i get a case of the red ass like you.

This thread was a request for help. You offered none. If you received unsolicited pornography or some other vice and repeatedly asked for it to stop would you be annoyed? In my opinion this is a quack org that has violated the law by ignoring Public Law No. 108-10, H.R. 395 of the 108th Congress, and codified at 15 U.S.C. § 6101 et. seq. How hard can it be for an org that supposedly has 600 members organizing and developing future leaders and none of them know how to remove someone from their call and mailing list. It is simple respect and common professionalism. The UAMCC obviously has neither. My opinion is that this org has the potential to hurt my business. I choose to have no relationship with them due to their past actions. I simply want them to have nothing to do with me. For them to continue to ignore my request indicates a petty, vindictive nature by it's leadership.
 
This forum is made up primarily of business owners who im sure like me get bombarded with calls/emails from solicitors looking to get me on the 1st page of google, lend me pre-approved money and marketing materials. Its mostly the same stuff week in and week out and i simply ignore it.

I, like everyone else here, get junk mail routinely from what seems like every vendor in the world and i sift through it in 5 minutes and toss it.

I hear your frustration but comparing it to unwanted unsolicited pornography is a stretch. If it bothers you as much as you attest have you personally tried to call members of the board or the Executive Office instead of posting about on here? Just asking
 
I have talked to numerous board members who have assured me it will never happen again. I have done this for almost 2 years. I post here as a last ditch effort. Ron has promised me repeatedly it will stop. He has not followed thru own his promise. I have texted with Tony and he understands my displeasure. Every board member knows that I just want to simply be removed from mailing, calling and texting lists. They have refused to do so. As I said, this has, I believe, just become a petty vindictive thing on the part of the UAMCC. I understand getting the first page google and pre approved crap phone calls. Most will agree that they are from shady businesses that just harass and annoy. Same with the UAMCC with me.
 
William I am sure they would love to get you off the list. Obviously something is wrong on their end but I doubt they are doing it out of spite.

Im not sure of the "vindictive leadership" you speak of but coming on here and posting how the UAMCC is a sham and a quack org is disrespectful to the rest of its members

If anything those comments can hurt contractors in that org who have nothing to do with your plight

Obviously you feel the way you do for whatever reason -

You can block #'s coming into your phone including texts if that helps
 
The problem may stem from William's multiple profiles. If he used more than one to enter a giveaway over the years then that can be part of the issue. I'd suggest sending a list of all emails, phone numbers, and mailing addresses associated with profiles you've used over the years. Once the org has all that info we can purge it.

Supposedly the org is run by its members so I hold each and everyone of them responsible for the harassment. I don't know how to block numbers or texts but they have stopped for the last 6 weeks or so. I am simply requesting, as I have numerous times before, to be removed from their mailing list. Just leave me alone. I could not care less how my comments effect other members of this org. I just want them to leave me alone. I stayed off this board for 2 years because it is a mouth piece for the org and my disagreement with some of Ron's actions. I only came back earlier to request what I am requesting again. Get me off their list and I will be glad not to come back on this forum.
 
Tony I have only ever used one number and one email. I have one profile. The last thing I want to do is send them more ways to contact me. They refuse to purge the one address they have now.

I've passed this along William.
For others please understand the UAMCC isn't interested in wasting resources on those who are obviously not UAMCC material. We don't randomly add people to our mailing lists. At some point they opted in by signing up for a giveaway or informational bulletin. They may not have read the info enough to realize it was coming from us.

You realize that the do not contact list does not apply to mail? This would be fun to Ajudicate, and see what the outcome would be.
 
Scott, I realize it does not apply to mail. One would hope that a legitimate enterprise, after receiving requests for multiple years, would remove someone from their mailing list. It took almost three years of complaining for the calls and texts to stop. Like I said earlier. The UAMCC is doing this for petty reasons. Maybe Tony will have success. He seems genuine. I filed a complaint with AZ but the letter I got the other day gives a mailing address in GA. Before that it was CA. Maybe they have to keep moving things around due to complaints.
 
Would someone please take this guy off ALL of the mailing lists. This is the most ridiculous thing ever. It almost does look like spite. If not, it is incompetence or laziness. For two days now this thread takes up the whole "New forum Posts" feed. He is in the right. If he doesn't want to receive stuff from UAMCC take him off the list for gods sake. If it is this hard, maybe someone else should be in charge of whoever is supposed to do this kind of stuff. It's almost like the IRS.
