Deco products

Anyone use this sealant and any pros and cons on it? Just looking into this sealant, and thought I'd get some contractors or applicators views on their products.

Here is what I have found. They make a couple of products that I have used and have found my stripper, and sealers. The stripper is pepper oils, nice smell to it, got some on my hands no problems, got some on my legs and it felt like bengay on steroids, no skin redness,burn or other effect. This job was stamped concrete 10 years old. Colored, sealed, then the client had a paint put on to help bring back some color and that was sealed with an epoxy sealer. The strippers went through the epoxy,paint and original sealer in 20 minutes. Great stuff,non flammable, water born, it may burn or shock the grass but all the jobs I have used it on have not had any bad results. They call it tinys little sister.
