I'm having trouble removing this stain on this chimney. Not sure what it is. I tried putting house wash on it and brush and pressure and not budging. I think it is in the stone but the client is insisting on removing it. Any suggestions? Thanks

Have you tried a small test area of roof wash strength and see if it comes off? A 70/30 to start. If no results, A 60/40 ratio... You shouldn't need any high pressure. Make sure you pre-wet everything below the stain and keep it wet while testing the stain. It's best to have a second (fresh water) hose on the ladder with you and keep a small amount of running water flowing across the face of the area just below the stain! Otherwise, You may end up having to treat the entire chimney!!!

Keep us posted with your results...

The strongest SH we are able to get at this time is 7.5% I am trying to get my boss to let us order the 12 or 12.5% but he seems to think that I don't need anything stronger then that. I am trying to get the stronger stuff. So I have applied straight 7.5% with some cling-on and eliminator. Didn't budge. I think this will be a good example as to why we need 12.5%. Thank you for your advice.
