Can I Get a Partial Cleaning?

Ive been asked that question frequently and explain to the client how its more cost effective NOT to do a partial

I had a Middle Easterner ask me to price out a house once per side

So i told him the house wash was $400 for the entire house

he asks about just doing the front and back and i give him a price of $300

i tell him we have a minimum and it takes almost as long to drive there, set up and clean 2 sides as it does 4 sides

Most decide to do it all but there are a few who want just a partial

The best is when some try to renegotiate when your actually doing the job!.lol

Had this very thing this week. woman rings up wanting gutters, soffits and windows done. I quizzed her extensively on the condition of the rest of her home and she was adamant she only wanted gutters, soffits and windows done. All good her call... went and did the job and she rings me up that evening saying that the roughcaste on the siding looks dirty Did I wash that?. ER UM NO madam you were very adamant you didn't want anything other than the gutters , soffits and windows done. Well she says the sidings now look dirty.. Yes madam says I and the concrete block are dirty as well but you didn't want any of that washed only gutters, soffits and windows so that is exactly what I washed for you. SOME PEOPLE!!! Then she asks what would it have cost to wash the whole home. Only $50 more says I.....Then she wanted to know if I could come back and wash just the blocks and sidings for the $50....Well no madam as that will make your windows dirty again and they will need re-doing.... well I'm sure by now you all get the picture on how this ended...She got upset and, of course being a woman, she made it all my fault.
