Correct Nozzel Size.

Hi people.
I recently made a 3 arm spray bar for my 28 inch S/C, I'm using 25025 nozzles, but am still getting a bit of bypass back to the tank. I'm running a 50 metre, 3/8 hose @ 8GPM/3000 psi.
Cheer's for any advice.

With that length of hose you will get bypass. That being said, 3 25025's is too small for your setup. You are going to get bypass. 8 gpm @ 3000 calls for a #9 nozzle for full flow and pressure(minus hose friction) switch to 2503's and you can expect to be at 2550 psi with a little bit of bypass. You lose roughly 450 psi per 50 meters of hose due to hose friction. here are some links to check out:
