I have a 3500 psi 8 gpm machine and ds. What tips for my jrod would I need to pull chems and rinse. I know all ds injectors are different . My injector is a 15:1

Depends on a lot. Search, search and search some more. There are many different answers for many different applications on these forums. Also, you have reached a forum where you have access to the industry's best vendors.

The 7-8 gpm kit (5980) includes: 0060(soap high),0020(rinse high),2560(soap low),2520(rinse low)

Consider more than 1 j-rod and purchase multiple nozzles. Example, I have multiple j-rods loaded with the high/low nozzles ranging from #10 through #40 size orifice. I have several more loaded with straight low pressure nozzles so I can rinse with a 0, 5, 15 or 25 degree nozzle without needing to change out the entire j-rod holder. In most cases, I use the 0540 and 1540 nozzles for both application and rinsing.

While you're ordering from this guy (Russ Johnson) don't forget roof snot! It's the best surfactant I've used!

little off topic but also try out the adjustable down streamer xjet I prefer it over the j-rod

You talking about the M-5? What are the benefits of using it over a jrod? Is it just the convenience of not having to disconnect and reconnect the jrod, or does it perform better as well?
