Spot washing?

So i got a company that i am trying to land. I already put in a bid for 15, 4 unit buildings on one of their associations. Now they asked me to SPOT WASH at another location with 18 4 unit buildings. I went and looked at the buildings and they were pretty clean, but of course they had some spots. Now i don't want to lose the work, but mostly i don'
t want to lose the the future work. ( i don't want to continue doing spot washing either ) but it will be a huge pain in the butt to spot wash with my trailer, rolling and unrolling the hoses and all.

Do you guys just refuse to spot wash and take your chances on future work?

The way I see it is if you are plenty busy and do not need the work then pass it up but if you aren't busy do the work and that relationship might lead to bigger jobs. Maybe get a small mobile unit you can roll around. Good luck.

I am going to build up a soft wash cart system. pull it around and spot wash it. These people manage " more than 300 associations totaling over 20,000 units throughout the New England region. " ( straight from their website ), so its a company i would like to get on board with.

There you go. If they have property in south Florida put me in touch with them.
