who handles your PPC is important.

I am starting my 3rd year in business and when I started out I hired a company to build a web site and a few months later added SEO and a PPC program. I was getting more calls and thought everything was good. This year I decided I would look around and try another company to handle my PPC. So I started doing a bunch of research on different companies. Boy did I learn a lot! I interviewed several companies and realized that the company I was using was doing a very poor job. You've heard the story about the guy that loved hamburgers because he had never had a steak? Well, that was me! I changed to a company here in Houston and all of a sudden, he's sending me a text or email as often as several times a day checking how things were going, how many calls am I getting and what I'm selling. I have been using them for almost a month now and I'm getting up to 6-7 qualified calls a day, as opposed to about 8-10 per week in the past, and every one of them wanting pressure washing. He is still "tweaking" my key words and, more importantly, my negative words. I'm not going to pretend to know everything about what he is doing or why it works. But I can tell you, it works! He has never worked in the pressure washing industry so he is going through a learning curve also, but so far, it a homerun. He plays with my PPC bids in 10 - 20 cents per click increments until he gets where he wants to be. He will add a key word and check with me that evening to see if it worked. I don't know if I'm allowed to post the company name on the forum because it would be an ad but if you are interested, send me an email and I'll share his contact info with you. If someone says it is okay to post his name, I'll do that also. My email is romiller71@gmail.com

That does sound great do you mind me asking what your PPC budget is that got you 6-7 calls a day. I know that my volume would be different due to the large difference in population of our local areas.
