DownStreamimg. PLEASE HELP!!!

Really needing some help on this one please. I purchased a Simpson ws3500 it's a 4gpm machine. I have 3 different downstream injectors and can not make any of them work. I have the one that came with the machine, a 1.8, and a 2.3. I have tried the Jrod tips from pressure tek designed for 4gpm machines. I have a ladder saver nozzle, black tips, and adjustable tips and still cant make any of them work. All downstreamers are adjustable. I am only using 100ft of 3/8 hose, the mix is SH with 3 oz of elemonator as called for so shouldn't be to thick. The gun is a Simpson adjustable spray wand, but I have 3 standard guns and still won't draw. Please any advice on this will be appreciated as I have a few jobs lined up this week and can't seem to figure out the issue.

Do you have the injectors facing the correct direction?

Yes I even disassembled them and flipped them thinking they were stamped improperly

definitely the 1.8 injector. perhaps a video or pictures would help

pretty sure you should fill out your signature.

Take the tube off and run it while holding the trigger. Put your finger over the barb and it should suck your finger in. If it does but not good suction maybe try 50 ft of hose. If it is not sucking your finger in then I would stick a small screwdriver, paper clip or something down into the barb while pulling the trigger. Sometimes the ball gets stuck..strange that it might happen to 3 injectors but not sure what else it could be....
