Poor customer service

So I am setting up a third machine for my guys to use and needed an unloader to complete the setup.. After seeing posts in this forum I figured I'd try and support a business that I'd seen advertising here. So I called the toll free number to the Power Wash Store, and spoke with a kid named Alex..he was a smart mouth and cut me off several times without ever hearing what I had to say. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but repeatedly I got the same piss poor attitude along with a lot of know it all thrown in to boot. I'm sure this is not where this post belongs, but since I was calling there to buy an unloader I figured I'd post it here. I was pissed after I hung up and had to calm myself down, and it was late in the day so I didn't get to order the part... Terrible customer service!!!! I will continue to pass this along as that is inexcusable!!!!!

If you think thats bad buy a machine an let the manufacturer of that particular machine not stand behind there equipment.Power wash store will not help you one bit.

I have an idea how you can get back at them. You have to call from a number that is not registered to anyone and make them an offer they will find hard to refuse, and then you just get rid of the SIM card.

You don't have to buy a SIM for this purpose, as you can just buy a VoIP number and no one can reach you. I would probably download usechalkboard and use it to make calls. But I do not know how much of this is legal, because why do this if there is a chance to answer to the law. I would not do this, it is better to leave everything as is, than to do something stupid, and then answer for it.
In fact, I think it would be a good idea.
