How can I apply F9 Barc 30' up without using a ladder?

I washed my first stucco house two days ago and the results were great. The top of the chimney has a rust stain that needs barc to remove. It is about 35' up. Is there an efficient way to spray barc on this area from the ground? I guess I could use my 12v system,.. but i would probably go through a whole gallon to make sure I covered the area. There is not a good way to put a ladder on the siding at that spot, and I would have to get on the roof to mist it up close (not an option for my 70 year old fat a$$).

    I would suggest a 10 step ladder and a stand alone 12V pump w a shooter nozzle.
