David, you are probably asking about the Gaylord Industries Exhaust Hoods. I don't know who their authorized service agencies are in California, but the company is based in Tualitin, Or PO Box 10900 SW Avery ST 97062-1149, 1.800.547.9696 503.692.6048 FAX. according to my service manual. At the present time, they will not sell to any one but there authorized agents. Sometimes they can be very helpful by phone, but be sure to get a name, and be persistent. The people I have talked to are very knwoledgeable, and helpful, just do not return phone calls on a timely basis. I usually get parts from General Fire Equipment Co (no relation) in Boise.

The problem is that residential grease duct cleaning is not mandatory, nor are there any building codes that force a contractor to install ducts that would contain a fire like in restaurants. If a fire gets in to a residential grease duct you can pretty much kiss your home goodbye.
