Roundtable Meetings

Medford NJ - Agenda

Agenda - Outline
The following is the rough outline agenda for Medford , NJ Roundtable Meeting. This is just an outline to help the meeting along. This is not etched in stone. The meeting is for the contractors and whatever topics we get on or whichever direction the meeting takes ,that's fine. The great thing about being able to talk about some of the same issues in each meeting is that we will all be able to share that info after the meeting and compare notes.I personally am interested in others views on environmental issues and am interested if that comes up in other meetings and what others views are.

First , we will set any rules for the meeting(no badmouthing, professionalism) tell everyone where the bathrooms are (very important if you drink alot of coffee on the way) etc.

Next, we will go around the room and introduce ourselves

How organized would everyone like these meetings to be?

Is the third Saturday in Feb. and Oct. good? More often?

What would you like to see from a professional organization?
Support? Benefits? Discounts? Incentives?

What do you do for effective marketing? (Bring Examples)

What do folks do when it is slow to increase income? Add-on Services?

Environmental Issues

Fleetwashing

Wood

Exhaust Systems

Flatwork

Commercial vs. Residential

Equipment

Other

We also will have available equipment and accessory demonstrations for those interested.

If (probably) there will be a large turnout then we will set up tables of 10 with different topics at each table. This should keep the meetings going smoother. Also , the PWNA is giving out Roundtable Kits for the hosts to help run the meetings along. You don't have to be a member to get one 1-800-393-7962 , so if you are a host just give a call. There seems to be a great deal of effort and volunteering for these meetings from the entire Pressure Washing Community, this is AWESOME, thank you.

If any one has any questions , just want to chat , interested in suggestions , or anything else please feel free to contact me. Let's support each other and make these meetings fun and educational!

Hi guys,

I would be interested in attending a round table meeting in the Central or North Florida area. I'm also new to pressure washing and would be a learning experience.

Is Coastal or Oneness doing anything yet?

Everett and Ron
Thanks to both of you for your responses.
I emailed Brett last night for the info.
A big thanks to all the people that are working on organizing all the different round tables across the country.

Ok guys I am here. We have been slammed the past two weeks. However, I have been looking into a place for our North and Central Florida meeting. But first... I would like to see who will be attending.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND THE NORTH AND CENTRAL FLORIDA MEETING, PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AS WELL AS YOUR PHYSICAL LOCATION.

The deadline for this info is the 15th of this month. After the 15th I will decide on a location based on everyones physical location. Every effort will be made to centralize this meeting.

After the 15th, you may still submit your contact info and attend but I cannot promise that the meeting will be close to your area.

If you have any questions or ideas, please send them via email.

Brett, you already have three. ROunds tables do not need to be small. If you have it they will come. in the past we had a meeting that no oen repsonded to and six showed. The host did not because no one responded. Its your choice, I have spoken with a few from fl that where hoping you would post a location so they could plan.

You can always cancell the location if you get no repsonse. If you get a location people will come and some will let you know.

North and Central Florida Meeting Will Be In Orlando.

Date and time still being worked out but will most likely fall on a Saturday around 1 PM at the Clarion Hotel Maingate or Clarion Universal.

I am also working on a hotel package (Around $49.95) for those wanting to stay the night and or meet afterwards for extracurricular activies.

For those interested in attending, I would appreciate a heads up so I can continue to plan accordingly.

Vendors please give me a call if you are interested: (727) 934-3400.

Right now it looks like we may have a sales representative from Seal-Krete attending. www.seal-krete.com

I am still looking for a PW and a Chemical Vendor.

Again, please give me a heads up if you are even THINKING of attending based on the info I have provided in this post.

Thanks,

Not that one, that I know of...but we did have a roundtable meeting in FL in '04, I think in Feb, with Steve Rowlett, Don Phelps, and about 15 or 20 other guys. Good meeting!

Wonder what ever happened to Brett from Coastal? He kind of dropped out of sight a couple years ago, and his webpage isn't working.
