Flat work - Gas Station

I'm bidding 4 gas stations - the owner wants me to clean around the pumps (stalls) and parking spaces in front of the stations.

I understand - reclaim system, hot water, etc.

My question: What is a good chemical to use on oil/gas stains?

I really want to knock their socks off - this guy owns 50+ service stations.

Thanks.

Don't let the promise of his "50 plus" stations get you to lower his price in any way.............

Tim what Mike said is true, all they are trying to do is get you to give them a low ball price.

Tell him what you will charge to do just the jobs you know you have, then if he is true and offers more you have some idea of how long the jobs will take.

Now a word of caution, if those are not new pumps any water that gets in them will shut them off, a safety device to keep water from getting into the tanks and pumps.

Its concrete.

The last guy allow steam to get inside the pump and it cost the owner over $3000.00. That same guy charged $160.00 per station, which included 8 stalls and 10 parking spaces.

The owner tells me that he only expects a 50% improvement. What do you think about that?

Whats the best chemical for oil stains on concrete?
