What are you talking about?

If you mean making a business' site email contact be a real person, rather then "sales@whatever.com" then yes, I think thats a good idea, but only if you can truly count on that person to respond to the emails and represent your company the way you want.

It would be better generic otherwise.

I just notice that many of us in this business have no name contact anywhere on our sites including myself. I think its a mistake..

I'm going to change mine and put my name on my site.
