Just wondering what is your favorite type of restuarnat to clean? I thought this might be kinda neat to see the results.

Pizza places

I know I am always happy when I have to clean my pizza accounts. I think they are the easiest to do. Plus they are just great people to deal with. Always on time and aoways stay out of the way. May be thats why I like cleaning the Pizza places the best good people to deal with. And can't forget easyier to clean in my opinion.
 
I think that health care faclitites ie. retirement home, rehabs are the best hospitals are up there as well
 
Oh man your right I totally forgot about those plases. I clean a few. I like to do them also. They are easy also I think. But still the pizza's are my favorite.I can see I forgot a few places when I made this post.

Out of curiosity, why did you stop cleaning hoods. I don't do hoods at all but I have friends that own restaurants and I have an open door to clean there hoods if I want to but like you I don't do hoods. To complex for me at this time.

I dont do any hoods but I do clean the front and rear entrances to some restaurants and I have to say pizza places are easier, I guess because they dont have grease all over those mats you always see them dragging out back to rinse grase, dirt, and food off of them.

I chose fast food because that is what I clean alot of , but my favorite type of cleaning is the Mom and Pop joints.... They pay good ole American Cash...
Actually any restaurant that pays cash are my favorite ones to clean.. As far as my 30 day account cleanings I would have to say any restaurant that has good floor drains is a plus...
I used to hate cleaning chinese restaurants and Mexican Restaurants but then I got to thinking even if you work all night and make 300 to 500 dollars , who else makes that kind of money in one night... So really I guess no restaurant is bad as long as you get paid....
 
By far I like cleaning Big Churchs. Ive had many members pat us on the back and thank us.
 
I enjoy servicing all my restaurants.They pay before i start or when i am done so it is all good for me.Mom and pops places is the bulk of my business.Hvae a few chains and dont care for them much waiting for money and following up with them when they are late is just a headache.So chinese,thai,japanese,indian,mexican,fish camps,old folks homes,churches,hospitals,pizza,italian,american grills,ect. are all good for me i meet and know all the owners and get paid for my work when done.The big thing is i know all the owners personally and they know me and my family personally as well.
