Count me in too please. We already do a lot of flatwork, but my dad lost his job of 36 years a few weeks ago and he is going in with me. We are going to expand and focus on flatwork. Thanks in advance.

You where one of four that actually made a couple bucks. i was just wondering if you still had any or had gotten any new ones using the unsolicited proposal.

Ron,
I do not have those acct any more. I do not believe anyone is cleanint them. The pm that hired me moved out of the area and the one that took ove had us do the small one and that was all. We did a big job for the building contractor of that realty company, though. I still check in with him when things get a little slow. We do a few strrip malls for another pm that contacted us. It comes out to about to over $5000 a year with windows monthly and pwing quarterly. This guy is about to buy another center that is bigger and wants us to take care of it also
